It seems im getting a bottle neck at my router,i play
alot of games and my daughter is driving my ping times
thru the roof.Im running XP upgrade,P-3 1.0 gig, 512 megs
of ram and using a linksys dsl router.Is there any way
for me to bypass the router but have my second computer
run off the router.

You can use the DMZ port which completely by-passes the router's NAT
feature. This should only be used if you also install a software firewall
since you are exposing the DMZed PC (yours) to the Internet.
