Not quite sure what you mean.
In Home edition boot into Safe Mode.
In Pro, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice at the welcome screen.
Note it is NOT a good idea to use the built-in Administrator account for
daily use.

If you are computer literate, it shouldn't be a problem
right?
 
Wrong.
1 - because some exploits can be run if you are using the full administrator
account, that wouldn't necessarily work on a user account with admin rights.
2 - if your administrator account freaks out and you can't get into the
computer then your SOL. If you use a user account with admin rights, then
the hidden administrator account is always there for just in case
situations.
3 - the hidden admin account is called administrator for a reason, it is
only to administer the computer, not to use as a user account.
