Admin Rights Needed to Run Quicken XG

I'm pretty sure this issue is with Windows XP, not with Quicken.

I am running Windows XP Pro. I have installed a 3rd-party app (Quicken XG)
in the C:\Program Files\Quicken folder. The data files are in the Shared
Documents\Quicken folder. The start up icon is in the All Users start menu.
I do not have any group permissions set up (that I am aware of).

If a user with a Limited Account attempts to run the app, a brief hourglass
appears, and then nothing happens. If I change that user type to an
administrator, the application will run fine.

Can anyone help?

.Right click on the icon go to properties and put a check
mark in the box were it says to run as different user. Then
when you go to startit it will ask for the administrator
pass word. Hope This helps have a nice day
