admin profile error

I receive this error message when logging on:
User Environment
Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you
on with the default profile for this system.

It then counts down and restarts - the error then repeats
when I try to log on again.

Because this is my admin profile login, I have no access
to my computer start up page to try and fix it.
Can anyone help?
