Login Profile Problems

Hello All
We seem to be having an increasing number of problems with users login
profiles.
I would like to see if you can locate some documentation or supply some
advice as to why this is happening or what is causing it to happen.
Not to mention the proper way to resolve this to get the user back to
his/her original profile settings.
Our environment includes Server 2003 sp2 Active Directory Domain Controllers
as well as 95% XP Pro sp2 clients. There are 3 Windows 2000 Server sp4 DC's
in the mix as well.
Below are the 2 error messages the user recieves when this occurs.

“Windows cannot load the locally stored profile.
Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a
corrupt profile.
If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.â€

“Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a
temporary profile.
Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.â€

Any help would be great.
Thanks

I would also like to add that I am trying to start my Concierge Chat but it
will not work.
It states that "You must enter a question or subject (in English)"
It is in english and the Popups are turned off?
Any ideas?
