Admin Password Reset

I'm running Windows XP Professional. I need to run System
Restore but it will only let me run it from the
Administrator login.

I've never touched the Administrator login on this
computer (the 1st time I saw it was today in Safe mode).
How do I find out what the original password for this
account is?

Any help is appreciated.

The Administrator account is created during the installation/setup of XP.
If you bought this computer with XP already installed, you could contact the
vendor you bought it from and inquire with them.

If you installed XP yourself, then you must have forgotten entering a
password during the setup process.
