I have tried it on XP Pro with no drama. Should be the same for Home.
From the notes on the site:
Tested on: NT4: wks, server, PDC. Win2k: pro and server (AD not
supported), XP pro.
So the developer has also tested it on XP Pro only. However both OSes are
the same in terms of underlying mecahnism and file system (mostly).
Note that exncrypted files in XP pro wont be accessible. I think the same
restriction should apply to any file/folders that are made "Private" in XP
Home or using "Simple File Sharing".

I checked out your fav, it makes reference to NT, will this also work on
XP Home? I am trying to help my father-in-law via the phone. When he boots
in 'safe mode' it tells him he is missing a file. His ex locked him out, on
her way out and he isn't all that savvy. There has to be a way around
this...
