Admin console XP and 2003 Server Standard

I have found an error in the admin console that you use on XP Pro. When you
want to enable a user with dial in access you open up Active Directory Users
and Computers and click on the dial-in tab and check the box allow access.
This works fine form the server. Try doing this from the admin tools add-on
for XP the tab does not exist. Can someone let me know if this is correct or
I have not configured something correctly?

What service pack of XP, and what service pack level of the adminpak did you
install?
