Admin Account Password changes

Is there a way, via snap in or policy editor, to keep
accounts who have admin access from being able to change
each other's password? As it is now, I could go into my
roommates account properties from User Accounts in control
panel and change his password if I wanted to, and vice
versa. What I'm looking for is to keep our accounts as
admin access, but without the ability to change each
other's password. Thank you all :)

No.

Not possible AFAIK. Admin is admin is admin, and can do anything. If this is
your computer, and you think your roommate is not trustworthy, don't let him
use your computer -or set him up with a limited user account.

In a corporate environment, when someone asks a question like this, the
usual answer is "hire only admins you can trust". :)
