I don't mean to be rude, but have you ever heard of something called Google?
I entered "admilli service" and received around 600 hits. I suggest you do
the same...

For others who might be interested, the limited edition of Spyhuner does not remove the Admilli Service. It just identifies it for removal. More importantly, the full featured version of Spyhunter also does not remove the Admilli Service, although it claims to have done so. In the end I succeeded in removing it by means of the Windows XP-Home Control Panel Add or remove Programs and by searching the Registry (using regedit) and removing all indications of it.
