Address window

In Internet Explorer when I try to open up the address window to go to
another site the address windows hang up my mouse arrow turns to an hour
glass
Any suggestions

Be sure you antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan on your
system.

Download, install and run Ad Aware:
www.lavasoftusa.com

If the above doesn't resolve the issue, open Internet Explorer, go to Tools,
select Internet Options, go to the Advanced tab, remove the check from
enable third party extensions, reboot the system and see if that resolves
the issue.
