Address Labels in Access 2000

My label report from a table or a query of the same table
using the Access 2000 produces the report accurately
except for one label, where only the first 2 parameters
appear.

Can you givesome more information so someone can possibly
suggest a solution.
You may first want to check in the query and make sure
that all the data is present in the query.
Hope this helps.

The data for that person is all there in the query as it
is in the table. This is the only label of 362 that
reports only 2 parameters of the first 3, member number
and first name (2nd is title and blank. Others have blank
title as well, actually the majority are blank in title
field. I get the same result by using the table as the
label source.

Thanks for responding,
Mel

Can you tell me, does your label have like 3 text boxes
with label-boxes. Is there anything different about the
data in the one item that is missing, for instance are
there & or $ or # or % characters in the data?
If you wish you may send me an email message directly
to : f o n s p o n s i o @ msn.com
remove all the spaces.
