After hours of trying and lots of frustration with no luck can you please
tell me how to import-export adress files from my desktop computer to my

I'd suggest that you ask this question in another newsgroup - one for
Outlook Express or for Outlook, depending on which mail software you
use. This newsgroup is for the database program Microsoft Access -
someone might be able to help but only by coincidence!
