Address Contacts

I am new to Vista, where can I find my email contacts folder? When I tried
to add an address, a message appeared saying the address is already in my
contacts.

By any chance have you got Office 2000 or Outlook 2000 installed?

I cannot access my contacts by using either the Contacts button on the
Mail toolbar, or by using the "Windows Contacts" button in the program
list. The contacts are intact, however, and can be added using the To:
button.

What happens when you try?
