Address Book

Can i set Outlook to automatically update my address book with all addresses
from sent or received emails? I know Outlook Express did it without my
asking.

No. You most certainly would never want to update your Contacts
automatically with all received message addresses. If you want to update it
with the addresses for all replies, you can do that with code:
