Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help me with this, whenever I add
a fax number to my contacts, in my address book it adds
an additional line for that person for their fax. For
example, Joe Smith has an email, so in my address book,
it would show Joe Smith with his e-mail which is fine.
But once I add a fax number to Joe Smith, in my address
book, it would show Joe Smith with his e-mail, then the
line under it, Joe Smith with his fax. I don't want his
fax to show in my address book just in the contacts card,
how do I fix that? Or that's a default for outlook?
