Address Book

Outlook 2003. My .pst file is on the server and not on my computer. I do
have a password to the server which I use to log in. Everything in outlook
functions properly, email, contacts, calender, etc. My address book is my
Contact list. When I try to open the address book, I get the following
message: "The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened. It may have been
moved or deleted, or you do not have permission." It does appear to a
permission problem, but how can this be the problem when I have use of all
Outlook functions except this one?
