Had earlier trouble with double sources in Navigation Pane...

With good suggestions, SOLVED. I have one remaining issue.

I use MS Word as my email editor and when sending I click on TO & get a
blank window where SHOW NAMES FROM THE: ....... now has several folders (4)
where just one is the right selection the others are blanks.

So, I would like to correct this so that when I click on TO, up comes the
correct address book and I don't have to scroll thru the blanks and select.

emove the Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile, stop and
restart Outlook, and add it back in.

Thanks for the tip. I am not clear as to the Remove the Outlook
Address Book Service. I would appreciate a step by step on this.
Then I can follow the procedure that you suggest.
