Address Book Button in Word

Hi,

I'm using my address book button in Word to insert a contact's name and
address. problem is, it doesn't give me the Company name and includes the
country, which I do not want. I remember an autotext entry that fixes this,
but I can't find it anywhere in the tech support. Can anyone help? Thanks
