Address Book: TO, CC

Does anybody know how to add a categorey. In my address book it has all
colums including Name, Company Name, Phone, Email, etc...If I want to send an
email and hit my TO or CC button it takes my address book and only shows it
to me in the form of a persons name and email address, but if I need to look
up somebody by a Business name for example I have no way to do this. Any
tips?

You can't display categories in the address book view. The address book view
is a deprecated feature that has become a poor choice for recipient
selection. Use your Contacts Folder to filter and select recipients instead.
It has a "By Category" view and countless others as well.
