Address Bar

When I type an address in the address bar and press enter,
nothing happens. I can no longer just go to a website
that I know. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
