Blank Home Page

When I 2click on the Internet Explorer icon a blank white
window pops up w/a blank URL in the address bar. When I
type an address in the address bar and press enter,
nothing happens. I can no longer just go to a website
that I know. On the bottom left of the window says
Finding site: www.perfectnav.com Any suggestions on how
to fix this? If you do please e-mail me. Thanks!!
