Browser Re-direction to perfectnav.com

B

Bubba

This was my original problem:

Sometimes i type in a website address or click a link that
wont open or doesnt exist. instead of my browser
displaying the page saying action cancelled or this page
doesnt exist, my browser redirects to www.perfectnav.com.
how can i stop this and is there a bug on my PC?

Here is one reply:

Bubba,
Spybot - Search & Destroy from
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd
should be able to
remove this.

I did this but I still have the www.perfectnav.com on my
computer. What should i do?

Run the "Cool Web Shredder"
check for update first.
http://www.merijn.org/files/CWShredder.exe
Close all instances of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express,
click on the executable above and follow the prompts.
NB
CWS download if you have a problem with the original URL.

They have been having DOS attacks recently.

Bubba you can go to this site and follow their instructions to get rid of
perfectNav http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/k/keenvalue_perfectnav.asp

I hope that helps
