404 page

Lately, when I type in a website address in IE 6 that
does not exist, instead of getting a standard 404 page
from Microsoft or a custom 404 page from that site, I get
redirected to the search engine PerfectNav.com every
time. First of all, how did this change? Second, how
can I change it? And third, how can I prevent it from
changing without my knowledge/approval again?
