Address Bar Issues

Every time I type in a www address, the address bar gives
me file:///C:searchpage.html?page=<whatever page I'm
looking for>. How do I get my address bar to return to
its normal operation and send me to the web page I'm
requesting. When it does this it just gives me a blank
page as if it can't find that page.

Run CWShredder - Close all Browser Windows and running
applications - unzip the tool, click on the executable and follow the
prompts. http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
