Addonics CD Rom not working

Hi All,
My problem is that When Addonics USB CdRom is plugged into the ThinClient,
then it is not able to browse the CD.I have added CDFS,CDRom Drive in
Target Designer.So can please let me know if any other components or
registries are missing ?
Please reply me as soon as poosible.

Mary,

Does the driver work? Did you check Device Manager to see if CD-ROM driver got installed properly?

If not, \Windows\SetupApi.log file should show you the reason for failure.

Hi ,

Thanks a lot for your reply.But the problem is with the
PowerSupply.Addonics USB CDRom for my ThinClient worked fine with an
Extenal Power Supply.
