Additional Spreadsheet formulas needed

E

Eric Briggs

I have Windows Suite 2004 installed on Windows XP Home.
The spreadsheets on this will not accept the COUNTIF
formulas.
I was told Excel 2003 will allow use of such formulas,
BUT, that it may not install alongside Windows Suite
2004, or, that the Excel 2003 will refuse to instal.
Can someone help?
I need to know if the MS Office Excel 2003 that costs
£180 from amazon.com will install and work on my
computer. Or do I need something else installed first
before the Excel will fully instal and work correctly?
Hope someone can help me out.

Hi

If you buy the standalone version of Excel 2003 it should install without
any problems. Who told you it wouldn't?

I need a google spreadsheet formula that does a aggregate subtotal.
For example : =IF(principle>payments,then 60%ofprinciple - payments)
