Where can I find additional pre-made webpage templates besides the eight or
so under General on the More Page Templates link of frontpage 2003?

Do a Google search, there are zillions of them from Free and up.

I've just recently used a suggestion from Tina that has done wonders for me
in template. My new website should be completed in the next week or so.
You really should try these two websites because they involve one flat fee
and you can download as many templates you want, they also offer
customization for a small charge.
