Additional License Purchasing

to have (2) additional license's to install into my
additional Laptops.

Microsoft does not sell additional licenses for OEM versions of Windows XP.
Find a reputable company, such as Newegg.com and purchase them.

Sorry, you can not get additional licenses to use with an OEM
version.

Even if you could, it's not generally a good deal for only two
extra machines. The problem is that Microsoft sells additional
licenses at only a small savings over the list price. You'd
almost certainly be better off just buying two more complete
copies from a discount source.
