Additional Domain

I have installed one new domain controller. How can I
install another additional domain controller for the
replication partner or work as a BDC.

Please help me out of this problem asap

run dcpromo from the command line on the second server.

sorry I can't understand
than what to do, install the other server as an additional
domain controller. but i did it but during the process it
was not recognizing the domain.
I would appreciate if u give me the complete detail and
steps for doing so.
