Additional Browser Windows?

I was recently cut off by my internet provider because I
was a security risk for the blaster worm, and after
installing updates to windows about the virus, and other
various updates from Microsoft, IE has stopped
functioning. I can load one browser window, but if I
load another window and try to go to www.google.com,
it'll error and close the program. I'd like to know if
there are any additional updates required and how I may
rectify this. Thanks.

I am having a similar problem. I can open multiple windows
but if I try to go back to the first window, USER.EXE gpfs.

any ideas?
