Adding "Word 97-2003 Document" to file list in sub-menu in Explore

My Uncle (using Vista,Word 2007) would like to add "Word 97-2003 Document" to
the list of file options displayed when New is selected in the sub-menu in
Windows Explorer.

How is this done?

How can an entry be removed from this list?

Thanks Jay. Have now added Word 97-2003 to file list (I used manual route).
