Adding Win XP Pro components

Running WinXP Pro on a laptop and need to add a Fax component .
I am asked for the XP Pro CD and as it is an OEM installation I do not
have a disk.
Is there any way to get the required files off the web ?
I have a XP Home CD as loaded on my desktop but I suppose that will not
do ?

I wouldn't necessarily trust them if they were, but your system should have
an i386 folder. Point the dialog there.

I have a XP Home CD as loaded on my desktop but I suppose that will not
do ?

For this purpose, it may well work.

Thanks very much you chaps--
I do have the i386 folder but that did not have the file reqd.
I was hesitant about trying the Xp Home disk ----but it worked !
Life is just one big learning curve is it not ?
