adding tv commercial to website

i have created a website for a furniture company. They want me to put their
TV commercial on their site for viewing. What is the best way to put it on
the site? It was sent to me in a mpeg1 format. Thank you for any tips on
adding video to a frontpage 2003 site.

You need to encode the video to make it smaller and easier to stream and
then embed it into your web site. Import the file into your web site and
the choose Insert , Picture, Video from the menu. You can also try the
FrontPage Add-in Center for Media Players

Right now the commercial is 6.8 M. Do I need to make it smaller? If so, how
and in what program? It is in a mpeg1 format.
