Adding text to every appointment

I use calendar to schedule conference calls with a number of people in
various countries.

We have a bridge with different access numbers for each country. When I
make an appointment, I have to copy the numbers and paste them into the body
of the proposed appointment.

Is there a way to make that text (the list of numbers) a permanent part of
my calendar invites? I will delete them on the rare occassions I make an
appointment and don't need them, but it will save me time to be able to open
a calendar appointment and the information already be in the text of the
appointment.

you can paste them in and then save the calendar item as a template or
publish it.
