Adding subject line to all folders.

I accidently removed my subject line from my inbox folder. This carried
through to ALL folders. After I placed the subject line back to the
inbox folder all of the other folders DID NOT receive the subject
folder.

I know I can add this for every folder I come accross, but I create new
folders everyday and I need the sort function by subject for my
folders. Is there anything that can be done globally?

You can reset all your views back to the defaults, or reset only that view
back to its default.

When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if
applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also
include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details.
Methods for most things vary by version.

Modify the default view and new folders will have the subject field.

Where do I modify the default view? I am using Outlook 2002. Will this
also globally change all the folders under my inbox to the default view?
