Adding signatures

Hi

When creating a new e-mail in Outlook (2003 or 2000) the automatic signature
feature works nice, but I would like to use more than one signatures in my
e-mails. Where can I create these signatures and then select the one which I
use at a particular e-mail.

Jani, how you create a signature is similar in both versions of Outlook, but
it depaends on whether or not you use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor.
Look up "Create a signature for messages" and "Create a signature in Word
for your e-mail messages" in Outlook help. Also, look here
