adding server to network

I'm adding a Win 2003 server to a win 2000 domain. The win 2000 server has ISA server 2000 running. I would like to give this new server a fixed IP so that I can reach it over the internet via terminal services. How should I set this up
If anybody could give some input I would appreciate it.

Give it a static IP on your private (internal) range. Install TSWeb. In your
firewall, open up port 3389 to the LAN IP.
