Adding Outlook 2002 Commands as Quick Launch ICONs

I'm using Outlook 2002 (SP3) and want to add the New Mail Message button to
the Quick Launch Bar. This would permit me to create a new email message any
time I want without having to go into Outlook and click on the New Mail
Messase ICON. Does anyone know how to do this? The instructions in the
Outlook Help Menu only show how to create a new toolbar with Outlook
containing the ICON but its use is restricted only within the Outlook screen
-- I cannot move the toolbar or any of its ICONs to the Quick Launch Bar.

Create a shortcut
"path to outlook.exe" /c ipm.note

Roady:

Once I figured out what was supposed to go inside "path to outlook.exe",
everything fell right into place. It works like a charm!!
