Adding news reader to Outlook 2003

I have followed the help instructions for adding "news" to the "Go" menu on
the standard toolbar, but when I bring up the "Customize" dialog and select
commands, there is no "News" under the "Go" category, as the Help
instructions suggest.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the duplication! My first attempt on one computer generated
various error messages, so I sent it again from another. I didn't check
