Adding in ISP settings

I have upgraded from Windows XP Home to Windows XP Pro
The installation stalled first time and fixed itself on reboot????

I can not now add in settings for my ISP Provider in Windows Explored,
the error I get is "Error 711"
Which seems to be the Romote Access Manager which I cannot start properly.
I have tried to start this manually but no success.
I have uninstalled the Modem and re-installed it but no sucess
Any ideas??
Should I re-install Windows XP Pro

When you get errors during an installation of the operating system, it is
usually best to try again. Otherwise you could have corrupted files and a
trashed registry. I would suggest trying the installation again, doing a
full clean installation. Good luck!
