Adding icon to Windows Explorer

Is there any means to add an icon to the Windows Explorer too bar.I often
use the command to add a folder but have to click on Files|New|Folder to do
it. I would like just to have an icon in the tool bar to do this.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Right click a blank area in a folder window or on the desktop, point to New,
and then click Folder.
