Adding EMail Account to Windows Mail

I have successfully added three distinct accounts to windows mail and can see
them on screen. All three were Imap incoming and SMTP outgoing and I
followed the conventions to the letter. When adding the fourth i cannot see
it on the screen and am wondering what to try next?

Sounds like a POP3 account.
 
Yes! I changed it to IMAP and you have solved the problem. Thanks Frank
