Hi,
This is my 2nd. attempt: Is it possible to use a CD like
a floppy and add data to it in dribs and drabs and only
finalise it when it's full. I have XP Home Edition.
Thanks for your attention. - Steve

Thanks a lot Phil, I have Nero installed but don't use
it, will have to read the info on it. - Steve.
..

If I may. It all depend if the CD was left open or close for further
recordings, the last time it was writen to. Even if your burner is only a
CD/W only.
Cheers

You don't get the point Rolando - Phil told me XP CAN'T

Err, Steve. Rolando meant that whether you can add or not depends on how
either Roxio or Nero finallized the session. You need to read the Nero
documentation to find out how to do whatever you wish.

LOOK MAN, ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS, COULD XP, AFTER
WRITING DATA, LEAVE THE BLEEDING CD OPEN, STEVE SAID IT
COULD NOT!! THANK YOU ALL - STEPHEN T

With nero you can leave the cd open and add more stuff, but if you want to
use a cd-rw just like a giant floppy disk, (drag and drop, erase single
files, etc.) then you need to use InCD that comes with nero. That is nero's
packet writing software and it will do what you want.
