Adding Custom Toolbar

I would like to add a custom toolbar to a Word Template that will kick off a
macro I have written. I would like the Toolbar to be a permanent part of the
Template so users will be able to utilize the macro. Any help????

If you save the toolbar in the template itself, it should be available to
all users of the template.

I tried it and it saved it but for use the macro is not usable on other PCs.
It says it was not added in????

Are you sure you had the specific document template selected as the "Save
in" location when you created the toolbar? The default save location is
Normal.dot.

Positive. I just removed the macro completely and re saved the entire
process including a new tool bar. Now the tool bar will not even show up on
another PC. I am saving it as the file name. I only have 2 choices from the
drop down in Save In. The first is Normal and the other is the file name.

And the file in question is a template that is open? And that template has
been saved and then copied to the other PC?

Yes. The toolbar is present but when I go to another PC it tells me the
macro has been diabled due to macro security settings. How can I get the
macro to work?

Well, that's another issue entirely. The other PC will have to have the
Macro Security level reduced from High or Very High to Medium to allow you
to enable the macro. Alternatively, if the template is stored in the Word
Startup folder or the user templates folder, and "Trust all installed
add-ins and templates" is checked on the Trusted Sources tab of Tools |
Macro | Security, the macro will be trusted automatically regardless of the
Macro Security level.

So here is another twist. I got my form working fine, macro works correctly,
toolbar is there etc.. but it will only work 1 time. Once you use the macro
it will not work again. It says it has been disabled. IT works once but no
more.

You might get better help if you posted in one of the word.vba NGs; we're
mostly end users here.
