Adding Custom Folders to Right side of Start menu

Hi, Ive been going through some suggestions about adding to the right
side of the start menu, one in particular I liked
replacing program access and defaults; is it possible to replace other
items say printers and faxes, help and support as well ?
I have used tweakui to make my secondary drive as My documents ( I've
kept the heirarchy as i like it - so My Music , My Pictures and other
folders are in the secondary drive) I would like to keep it that way.
I would like to know if there is some script available to add My Videos
and two other Special Folders ( of my creation) to the right side of
the start menu without compromising My Music and My Pictures.
Thanx

This REG file adds "My Videos" to right hand side of the Start menu, replacing the Set Program Access and Defaults link:
