ADDING CONTACTS TO MY PERSONAL ADDRESS BOOK

IM TRYING TO ADD EXTRA CONTACTS TO PERSONAL ADDRESS BOOK, BUT IT IS GIVING ME
AN ERROR. IT SAYS THAT THE SELECTED MEMEBER COULD BE ADDED BECAUSE AN ERROR
HAS OCCURED. WHAT DOD I DO WHEN THIS HAPPENS?
 
Any particular reason you're using the PAB? It's an obsolete address book
