I am trying to add contacts to OUtlook but aevery single time I attempt to
add any number to the contact, outlook freezes adn I have to restart it.

It allows you to add any info no problems, but numbers it just will not
allow. The numbers are lined when they are entered - does this mean anything?
Please help !!

Have you tried running Office Diagnostics? If that does not work, does
running scanpst.exe help?

Thanks for the reply, when tryign to run the diagnostic, it is OK until it
gets to "disk diagnostic" - I am then getting Windows - Drive Not Ready
Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
when i "try again" it still comes up with this error, it will nto continue
so you have to cancel - is this linked?
Everything else in outlook works great, jsut the addind numbers to contacts
- so frustrating!!

Thanks again for your help

How about scanpst.exe?
