Adding birthdays to calendar

Could anyone please tell me if there is a way to share the birthdays of my
contacts to someone elses calendar. We have a company calendar and I have
the employees birthdays under my contacts and I want them to show up on the
company calendar.

Any help would be great.

Copy them to the other calendar. The By Category view or any other table
view is a good place to start.
