Adding attachments shows up in body of message

I have a user who uses outlook 2000 and when she goes to add an attachment to
the e-mail, the attachment shows up in the body of the message. Not on the
bottom of the message or in the attachmentportion under the subject bar, but
right in the massage body. Any thoughts??

Sure... stop using Rich Text Format and change message type to Plain Text or
HTML.
